Terms And Conditions:
- All prices are subject to change.
- All overnight tours must have a minimum of 2 people for the tour to take place.
- On all tours - 50% Deposit must be paid in 3 days time after the final booking was made.
- The balance must be paid on arrival in traveler's cheque or cash (SA Rand).
- Should a tour be cancelled by the client one week or less before departure, only 10% of the entire amount (after deduction of all deposits paid by the company) will be refunded.
- Should the company cancel the tour before departure the entire amount paid by the client will be refunded.
- We advise that tourist take out their own travel insurance.
- Leopard Tours or any of the staff may not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury to any tourist, luggage and personal property.
- Book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- All tours accompanied by a THETA accredited National Tour Guide for the whole duration of the tour.
- Accommodation could be arranged for you prior to the tour. (Own account).
- We pick you up from your accommodation and take you back again provided it is in Pretoria.
- Pick up or drop off directly from the O.R Tambo (Johannesburg) International Airport is only in the case of the arrival/departure day being the same as the starting/ending day of the tour.
- Separate shuttle services are available to and from the O.R Tambo (Johannesburg) International Airport at an additional cost.
- Please consult your doctor in connection with precaution against malaria.
